Testing SQL Server Database

To test SQL server database access performance of Call Router:

1. Add a database for the SQL server.

For example, for a database “calldb” and table name “RTMCALL”,

10,000 records are added to the table.

Note: Because the data of DDR request has hard coded. If the user wants

a rule match, the user needs to add the record to the table. The

caller ID of test request will be “1039470405.” IVR Path of test

request will be “0&9.”

To use the “SessionId” field in the table to match caller ID of the request,

the user must add a record to the table and set the SessionId value to

“1039470405”. Then during match process, the matched result will be true.

2. Add a data source to “ODBC” configuration in Windows.
