Note: A maximum of eight unsuccessful login attempts are allowed, then the login will be disabled

for one hour to 24 hours, depending on the duration set by your system administrator.

MaxCommunicator Features

Setting Activity Status/Recording Activity Greetings

Specify your availability.

Select the Down arrow on the Activity button and choose the appropriate category. Example:

Menu options:

• Available (system): The system greeting is used

• Available (personal): Your personal greeting is used

• Meeting

• Away

• Travel

• PTO (personal time off)

The activity category you select displays beside the button. Keep your Activity status updated.

Your system administrator may have configured additional activities to select.

Answering Calls

To answer a call:

6. Select the word Ringing in the call’s State cell or the Connect button in the toolbar.

7. The state changes to Connected.
