System Report Management
AltiContact Manager provides system management reports that contain
information on system configuration summary, traffic, system log, call
detail summary, and IP cumulative traffic statistics.
System Summary Report
The System Summary report provides summary informationon extensions,
trunks, and workgroups configured in the system.
To open the SystemSummary report window, select the Report menu from
the Main Menu Bar and then select System Summary from the drop-down
list, or select the Summary icon.
