Creating a Route

1. Click Add under the route definition list.

2. Type in a name and index number, and click OK.

3. To add trunks to the route, select trunks from the No

t Member list and use the

button to move selected trunks to the Member Trunk

s list.

4. Use the Up and Dow

n buttons to change the position of a trunk in the Member

Trunks list. This is the order in which trunks are accessed.

5. Click Apply.

To delete a route

Select the route you want to delete, and click the Delete button.

Setting Default Routes

You can set default routes for four types of outgoing calls: local, long distance,

international, and emergency.

WARNING! It is important that you set up default routes right after routes are

defined. Failing to do so will cause outbound dialing failure.

t Routes tab in the Out Call Routing Configuration window to

configure default routes.
